Welcome to Springbrook

If you are new to Springbrook Church, here are some details for you.

Our Mission

Springbrook Church exists to love Jesus, love people, and help people love Jesus through gospel-centered worship, community, and mission.

Our Values

Gospel-Centered

We believe the gospel of Jesus Christ is not merely the entry-point into the Christian life, but is the Christian life.  Everything we do is centered on the perfect life, atoning death, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ and the restoration he brings--to the praise of his glorious grace!

Worship

Everyone is a worshipper. The issue is Who we worship. We believe we are called to love God because He first loved us in Jesus so that everything we do gives worship to the One who created, saved, and remakes us. (Jn 4:21-24; Rom 11:36)

Community

God has created us to reflect Him like a mirror. This includes in our relationships.  We believe the gospel reconciles us to God and to one another. It is only through the gospel that we can have the community we were designed to experience.  (1 John 2:10; James 5:16)

Mission

The gospel doesn't just work in us, but works through us! We are called to proclaim the gospel through the planting of churches and through individual missional engagement in our community. (Micah 6:8; Matt 28:18-20)

Our Gospel Culture

As we prayerfully seek to live out the mission and values that God has given us at Springbrook Church, we recognize that God's Word directs how this should be done.  What is abundantly clear in the New Testament is that what we are to believe about God (i.e. God is love, God forgives us) are the things that we ought to be living out in community (i.e. Love one another, forgive one another). This is our highest calling, to allow the gospel we believe and preach to drive and direct our lives in community. Our conviction is that gospel doctrine leads to a gospel culture.

What to Expect

Our worship gatherings last about an hour 15 to an hour 30 and consist of congregational singing, a sermon, and weekly communion. We are a come as you are kind of place and you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable. Most people dress casually. We are a family oriented church and are happy to have your children in the service with you (but we do offer nursery and kids church during the service for kids in 1st grade and younger).

Meet with a Pastor

Our pastors would be happy to meet with you, get to know you, and answer any questions about the church. You can email any of our staff pastors on the Team page or you can set up a meeting with us on a Sunday morning,
